In view of extended Lockdown due to corona virus pandemic four Helpline Numbers by Assam Police are available for providing help to the elderly in distress. In view of the arising situation out of the lockdown Assam Police is trying to help the needy.
A press communique by Assam police in this regard said, ‘For any kind assistance required for senior citizens in an emergency situation, please reach out to us on these Helpline Numbers.’
